Thirteen years ago, my life took an extraordinary turn when I embarked on a transformative journey into spirituality. Immersing myself in a two-year self-development program in the serene north of Sweden, I delved into a unique blend of Eastern meditation, Western psychotherapy, body-oriented humanistic psychology, and the foundations of holistic wellness. This profound experience ignited my deep devotion to the path of Yogini and holistic living. Since then, sharing these ancient and powerful practices has become my life's purpose.

 

My journey has taken me across the globe—from studying Yoga and Tantra in the sacred lands of India to embracing Shamanism in the mystical realms of Peru and exploring Taoism through the profound teachings of Mantak Chia. Alongside these spiritual practices, I’ve integrated fitness and wellness as essential pillars of holistic health. Working with the body, mind, and spirit through these diverse traditions has deepened my understanding of how physical vitality supports spiritual awakening.

 

In recent years, I’ve had the privilege of traveling extensively, facilitating yoga teacher trainings, tantric courses, and ceremonial events. Each experience has enriched my practice and allowed me to connect with a vibrant community of like-minded individuals. As my path evolved, I began incorporating fitness routines to support the overall well-being of my clients, recognising that a healthy body is a crucial foundation for spiritual growth.

 

I offer mentorships for men, women, and couples who aspire to master a yogic, tantric, and holistic lifestyle. My programs now blend spiritual teachings with tailored fitness and wellness guidance, empowering clients to reach their full potential on both physical and spiritual levels. Additionally, I lead in-depth retreats for couples to establish deeper intimacy, sharper direction, and stronger connection, incorporating fitness practices and nourishing meals to enhance their experience. I also offer private sessions for those seeking a boost in their existing practice or simply curious about integrating these transformative teachings into their lives.

 

Through personalised guidance, I help my clients integrate the wisdom of yoga, tantra, fitness, and wellness into their daily routines, fostering growth, harmony, and a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them. By addressing body, mind, and spirit, I support others in cultivating balance and vitality as they awaken to a life of purpose and fulfilment.

Since the beginning of my own journey, I have been blessed to learn from diverse teachers and traditions, each imparting ancient wisdom and unique philosophies on life that I will forever be grateful for. Yet, the core of my teaching stems from an inner knowing and intuition, honed through years of dedicated self-practice.

 

This blend of learned traditions, intuitive insights, and physical wellness is what I aim to impart to both individuals and couples in my programs. My primary focus is to support you in mastering yourself, both physically and spiritually. Through a combination of yogic practices, tantric wisdom, and personalised fitness routines, you will embark on a path of balanced self-practice.

Each self-practice (Sadhana) is uniquely tailored to nurture body, mind, and soul energy, creating a harmonious flow that enhances your daily life.
